It is a kind of worker that knows the product so well that maintenance and repair times can be shortened to a minimum, thereby reducing costs and increasing availability.

To guarantee that workers trained gain as much as possible from the courses, particular attention is paid to appropriate qualifications, experience and - most importantly - predisposition to this kind of work.

We have reached high levels of training and service thanks to reliable, competent and experienced workers which main task is to reliable fulfillment entrusted task. All our training specialists hold degrees from Universities of Technology and offer comprehensive knowledge in the field of offered vehicles structure. This knowledge is gained within the vehicle production cycle as well as in specialized outside trainings.

Technical Training Deparment abilities

Among our activities we organize free of charge trainings, included in vehicle purchase contract and paid trainings, which are not included in contracts. Theoretical part of workshop is always supported with practical part, which raises service quality. Thanks to constantly raised qualifications and gained experience, Technical Training Department is also a direct technical advisor cell, that helps all customers solving their exploitations problems.

Among contract guarantied classes we offer:

1. Customer technical staff training for construction, maintenance and repairs exploited vehicles:

• during production process
• at customer place

2. Drivers trainings

• in the field of expoitation working environment and basic maintenance 
• in the field of economical driving

3. Organization of specialistic trainings in the field of built in components, conducted by suppliers workers

We also offer paid commercial classes:

1. Customer workshop workers training in the field of structure, maintenance and repair exploited vehicles: 

• training at customer place or on production line 
• trainings in the field of built in components, conducted by suppliers workers
